We are a young and dynamic team of individuals, each bringing different skills to the business to create a synergistic & professional approach to aluminium fabrication and component manufacture.

Key experiences:

1. Ian Perry
   

   Worked in the roofing & cladding industry for 24 years initially as internal sales trainee with a major profile manufacturer. Progressed to a sales supervisory role within the company where product, customer & commercial skills were learnt.
   
   Was asked to join a Roofing & Cladding ancillary products manufacturer where further skills were developed in customer service & product knowledge. Operated both as inside sales manager & in an external sales role.
   
   Prior to forming Andian Specialist Fabrications spent the last 9 years working for a number of well known Flashing & Fabrication companies in senior sales management roles developing new business, looking after key customer accounts & commercial responsibility.

2. Andrew Howell
   Worked in the roofing & cladding industry for 18 years. Spent first 3 year as apprentice & a further 4 on the shop floor to become fully trained & conversant with all aspects of presswork, sheet metal work & general fabrication. Identified as a key person , was invited to train as technical services operative. Undertook all aspects of CAD design, turret punch programming & office & shop floor supervision.
   
   Before forming Andian Fabrications spent the last 8 years in a Technical management role but still kept the ‘hands on’ approach philosophy.

3. Ian Hale
   Been in the industry for 20 years, initially as an apprentice, but quickly rose through the ranks to a management supervision role.
   
   Fully skilled in all aspects of sheet metal work, Tig & Mig welding, architectural aluminium developments & finishing work. Skilled to carry out site surveys & ‘on site’ installations liasing with design & development teams. Has become expert in press brake work & material storage, movement & allocation.
   
   Before forming Andian Fabrications spent the last 10 years in a shop floor management position.
